In line with General Sams' family fun comes family saftey. We have a lot of little ones playing in the camping area. The speed limit in the park is 10 mph. Please DO NOT do donuts, etc in the camping area. The other 700 acres are for the fun stuff.

The sand drag strip will be open for your enjoyment. Please DO NOT do donuts in the track area. Use common sense and use this area with extreme caution. it is 400 feet long with 200 feet of shut-down area.

We have a concrete slab for RINSING vehicles, not DETAILING them. Please limit your washing time, and be considerate of others waiting in line as well as conserving General Sams' water and electricity.

Camping sites without water and electricity are still available for both tent and RV camping. If you would like, bring your generator along.

We are very appreciative of each and every one of our guests for being so friendly at the park. We are thankful for their kindness and consideration of others on the trails. It creats an atmosphere where we all feel comfortable and welcome.
