General Sam’s now offers the convenience of being able to make a reservation request online via our online reservation form located below. Please complete this form fully and include the proper information for each field in order to insure a successful reservation. Once we receive your reservation request, we will contact you via email, or telephone if you prefer (for security purposes) to complete the reservation process then we will email you a printable confirmation sent to the email address you provide below. Please note that all reservations require pre-payment made by credit/debit card. – Thank you.
Should you wish to cancel for any reason you must email at least 24-hours prior to your reservation to cancel otherwise you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Example: If you have a reservation for a Friday evening at 6 p.m. you must call us to cancel it by Thursday at 6 p.m. or you will be charged the cancellation fee. We only do this because we have had to many “no shows” and this makes it unfair to the other families who want a camping spot that is vacant.
Check in time is by 10 p.m. on the date of your reservation otherwise you will be considered a “no show” and forfeit your reservation and will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee.
Refunds: A full refund will be given should you decide to cancel your reservation however no refund will be given if you fail to notify us by the proper time.
